Tips for Good Blog Content

Tips for Blog Content is the Strategy Five.

Before reading this, may I recommend you to read first, “How to SEO Blogger Template.”

What you want to write about on your blog is all up to you. I will not tell you what to write about (as long as your content follows the Blogger and Google terms of service). You can exercise full creative control! Remember: Never ever just copy and paste other contents. You need to be unique, although sometimes you need to refer from other’s work!

The first thing to consider when you are writing on your blog is that you need to write about a single focused topic a lot. Blogs that focused on single topics are called NICHE blogs which I have mentioned in the article, “How to SEO your Blog URL or Blog Address.” You need to blog about your topic for a long time, and make sure to pick a topic that you’re passionate about. Successful blogs are updated frequently (often several times a day) with fresh content that keeps readers interested. Again, if you want to gain more visitors, you need to make sure that you have enough to say to keep your blog relevant.

Here are some of the hot topics you might consider to write about:

Animals and pets
Art
Business
Career development
Celebrities
Crafts
Education
Entertainment
Environment
Fashion
Health
Hobbies
Music
News and current events
Parenting
Personal
Politics
Reading
Relationships
Religion
Sports
Technology
Travel
Video games
Women’s issues
Work
Writing

And now for the tips in optimizing your Blog Content for search engines, here is how to have Good Blog Contents:

1. Use SEO Professional (I have mentioned it on the article, Blog Title Maker for more Traffic). Make this SEO tool your partner every time you write.

2. Make sure that your Post Title is SEO-friendly (See how to Blog Title Maker for more Traffic). With that topic you are planning to write, search for good keywords at SEO Professional relating to your topic or possible words you could insert in your post. Example: Your topic is all about Blogs and after searching keywords related to it, you found words like BlogSpot, Blogger, etc. to be good ingredients for your recipe. You can put those words in your content in a normal way (don’t spam them).

NOTE: With your title as a good keyword mixed with your contents having good keywords in it, makes your posts crystallized in the eyes of search engines and eventually, to more visitors.

3. Make sure that the very first and last word or phrase you will write in your post is the Post Title. Take a look to what I have made in this article. As you can observe, I made “How to SEO your Blog Content” as my very first and last phrase and I bold it.

NOTE: Doing so will force search engines to magnetize your contents bearing your powerful keyword, for this is how they read text on sites.

4. Sprinkle your Post Title Keyword and Content keywords on your post. However, don’t try to deliberately scatter them around. Make them as relevant parts of your post. My suggestion would be one per 100 words proportion of keywords to original text content.
5. Do creative and relevant writing. This will just make visitors read on your blog but will make them stay and be updated with it. The best advices are research and get updated with other relevant blogs too. Remember: Fresh contents are like fresh foods serve to people.
6. Use anchor texts effectively. Your post title keyword and your blog title keyword are very vital to be optimized as anchor texts. Search engines put more weight on keywords used as anchor text. In blogger, just highlight the keyword then click the hyperlink tool above the CREATE NEW POST box. Link them to relevant posts which are also inside your blog (see more on How to SEO your Link Structure) or link them to relevant sites in the web (see more on How to SEO your Outbound Links). This article is showing you exactly how to do it.

POINTS TO PONDER:
Applying this good strategy will give you a good foundation in the search engines. You will not see results instantly but I assure you that search engines are crawling to your contents with magnifying glasses. Imagine they are customers in a restaurant, as they look on the menu, the most attractive picture with noticeable delicious ingredients will always be the best choice.

PROVING THE IDEA:
Use the Feedjit tool you can see at BlogSpot Analyzer Tools. Try to observe the searches that arrive in your blog. Most of them will be because of your keywords. This is caused by the way you write your contents.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER?
After doing this strategy, the most possible advantage to gain is to receive extra visitors that are directed by search engines for you. You are also gaining relevance to search engines because no matter what SEO strategy you will apply, relevant and rich contents are irreplaceable.

Hi NEO! Thank you for dropping by... perhaps, if you haven't read my article at
    http://www.blogspotseo.com/2009/07/how-to-seo-your-blog-template.html

you can read more about how to optimize your blog template.

I have read about W3C validator but honestly I was not yet able to try it.

BlogSpot SEO's template is from a free blogger templates supplier only, but it only takes me two days to be indexed.

I have seen your site and your blog and it was cool. I admired your work. Just continue to be updated with my blog and I will be answering your question in the way you will like it.

As for now, please give me more time.

    Thank oyu so much!
